Official Rules & Terms and Conditions

By participating in the JGD Designs Business Start-Up Package Raffle (the “Raffle”), you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of JGD Designs, which are final and binding in all respects.

1. Sponsor

The Raffle is sponsored by JGD Designs (“Sponsor”), operating under the handle @jgddesignz. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or Meta.

2. Eligibility

• The Raffle is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Employees, contractors, or immediate family members of JGD Designs are not eligible to participate.
• Void where prohibited by law.

3. Raffle Period

• Raffle Start Date: Sunday, January 25, 2026
• Raffle End Date: Sunday, March 1, 2026 12:00 AM EST
• Winner Announcement: March 1, 2026 @ 9:00 PM EST, announced live on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok via @jgddesignz.

Sponsor reserves the right to extend or modify the Raffle period if minimum entry requirements are not met.

4. How to Enter

• Entry fee is $50 USD per entry.
• Participants must:
  1. Submit payment of $50 per entry.
  2. Share the official raffle post to their social media feed or story.
  3. Send a direct message or submit the required form with Name, Business Name (if applicable), and Email Address.
• Multiple entries are allowed; each $50 payment equals one (1) entry.
• Participants with private social media accounts must provide a screenshot confirming their post share.
• Each paid entry represents one chance to win. If multiple entries are purchased in a single transaction, the same ticket number will be entered into the drawing once per entry purchased.

5. Minimum Entries Requirement

• A minimum of 30 total entries is required for the Raffle to be activated.
• If the minimum entry requirement is not met by March 1, 2026, Sponsor reserves the right to:
  • Extend the raffle period, or
  • Issue refunds, or
  • Convert entries into account credit toward JGD Designs services.

6. Prize Description

One (1) winner will receive the JGD Designs Business Start-Up Package, valued at $1,499+, which includes:

• Custom Logo Design
• 5-Page Professional Website
• One (1) Year Domain Registration
• One (1) Year Web Hosting & Business Email
• 1,000 Custom Business Cards
• Five (5) Custom Company T-Shirts
• Google Maps Business Listing Setup

Additional Notes:

• E-commerce functionality is available at an additional cost.
• Prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or substituted.
• Design revisions and timelines are subject to standard JGD Designs policies.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

• Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
• Selection will occur live on March 1, 2026.
• Winner will be notified via email and/or direct message.
• Winner must claim prize within seven (7) days of announcement.
• Failure to respond within the claim period may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

8. Publicity Release

By entering, participants grant Sponsor permission to use their name, business name, likeness, and submitted content for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for:

• Late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete entries
• Technical failures, including website or payment processor issues
• Unauthorized human intervention or fraud

By entering, participants release Sponsor from any and all liability arising from participation in the Raffle or acceptance/use of the prize.

10. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

11. Disqualification

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process, violating these rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

12. Governing Law

This Raffle is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Privacy

Participant information will be used solely for raffle administration and JGD Designs business communications. Information will not be sold or shared with third parties.
